Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what you type into the forms on this site: your name, your email address, your WhatsApp number if you give one, and your message. We also receive whatever you attach to an email or send us on WhatsApp.

We do not ask for payment details, we do not create accounts, and we do not buy or enrich your data from third parties.

Where it goes

The forms on this site do not send anything to a server of ours, because we do not run one. When you press the button, the page composes a message containing everything you typed and hands it to WhatsApp or to your email client, and you press send. Until you do, nothing has left your device.

That also means we hold no database of submissions. What we have is the WhatsApp thread or the email you chose to send, in the account we list on the contact page.

Who else sees it

• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you use the WhatsApp button, your message and number travel through WhatsApp and are subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
• Our email provider — if you choose email, the message is delivered to and stored by our email provider.
• Meta Platforms — only if advertising measurement is switched on; see the next section.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. The only way your visit is recorded here is in our web host’s standard server logs.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for quoting, producing and supporting an order, and for as long afterwards as accounting and export records require. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are obliged to retain it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to huangxiaonan666666@gmail.com or message +86 198 7584 1673. If you are in the EU or the UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Business data only

This is a business-to-business site. We expect the information you send to be your business contact details. If you send us anything else about a third party, you are responsible for having the right to share it.
