Process

From your brief to shipped goods.

Seven steps, one point of contact, and nothing produced until you have approved a sample made with your own label.

  1. Step 01: Send your brief

Tell us the styles, quantities and your target market. A reference image works too.

  2. Step 02: Get a quote

We come back with pricing, lead time and shipping options for your quantity.

  3. Step 03: Sampling

A pre-production sample is made with your label so you approve the real thing.

Sampling cost and turnaround are confirmed with your quote.

  4. Step 04: Approve the sample

You sign off the sample, the colourways and the finishing. Nothing goes to bulk before that.

Deposit is confirmed at this stage, on the terms in your quote.

  5. Step 05: Bulk production

Production runs against the approved sample on one of two lines.

Bulk production runs 30 days or more depending on style and quantity.

  6. Step 06: Inspection & packing

Finished goods are checked against the approved sample, then packed to your artwork.

  7. Step 07: Shipping

Air or sea freight, arranged with your forwarder or ours.

What we will not do

Four things we keep off this site

Because getting them wrong costs you money, not us.

  • We do not hide the price behind an enquiry

The unit price for all 64 styles is published, on three quantity tiers. What we do not publish is your landed cost — freight, duties and taxes depend on your market and are confirmed in your quote.

  • We do not promise a turnaround we have not confirmed

Bulk production runs 30 days or more. Your exact date is written into your quote, not into marketing copy.

  • We do not claim certifications we hold no evidence for

Tell us what your market requires and we will confirm what we can actually provide before you commit.

  • We do not promise custom patterns or redesigns

Production runs from our existing blocks. Send a reference and we will tell you honestly what is and is not possible.

Ordering FAQ

Questions buyers ask first

The price list starts at 1 piece, so you can order a single set to check the quality before committing. The three published tiers — 1–49, 50–199 and 200+ pieces — set the unit price, and mixing styles within one order counts toward the combined quantity.
